A Little about Me:
At a very young age I became aware of how important a healthy lifestyle is to living a quality life. Due to Heart disease, high blood pressureand diabetes prominence in my family, I made a conscious decision to learn about nutrition and exercises. I obtained my first certification as an aerobic instructor and began teaching in 1988 at the age of 17. Since that time I have obtained many more certifications including Nutrition, Personal Training, Group Fitness, Core Training, Flexibility, Exercises for the Older Adult, Exercise and Chronic Disease and Post-rehab Exercise after Hip or Knee Replacement. My greatest joy has come by helping others achieve their fitness goals and learn how to develop healthy habits to live by. My clients have been rewarded with lowered cholesterol, increased energy, better sleep, lower blood pressure, loss in body fat, decrease in inches, and dropping clothing sizes. And of course the ultimate reward: an improved quality of life. I will help you see it is possible to live healthy, feel better, and look better in this fast-paced fast-food world. Let’s get started today!
