  In our  Studio Located in Savannah; Fitness Body & Balance 2127 1/2 E. Victory Dr. Savannah, Ga. 31404. Space is limited and our classes are filling up quickly, so please remember:  in order to hold your space you must pay for the class in advance. 

FEES for classes

Cost is $22 for 1 class   or   $70 for 4 classes.

How to Register and Pay:

  Payment is accepted online by credit or debit card. Simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the payment button to make a payment through a secure site. Once you have paid you will receive a receipt by email confirming your payment. This receipt and information is also sent to us and lets us know to register you for class. If you do not have the availability to pay online, you may make an appointment to pay in the studio,no less than 1 week prior to class. Please keep in mind only cash and checks are accepted in the studio. WHAT TO EXPECT & WHAT TO WEAR:

We teach a variety of  pole moves including spins, floor, and chair moves.  Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. You may not wear high heels on the pole. Bare feet or flat shoes with leather soles are recommended. Please feel free to bring your choice of music with you. The instructor may consider using it. 

 Open to women only, no matter

  age shape or size. Nothing comes Off but your shoes!

Please remember:  space is limited, classes and private parties are first come first serve. Fees must be paid in advance in order to guarantee your space in a class or a private party booking. Class fees and deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

What is a Private Pole Dance Party?

You and your girlfriends may book our studio for your own private party of pole dancing. Private parties are two hours long and include instruction on the pole and dancing. We welcome you to bring food, drinks, and music you can move to. Make it even more fun!...We encourage you to decorate the studio for the event, get dressed up and have a theme party, bring props, or whatever to have a real girls-just-want-to-have-fun party! A $200 deposit is required in advance for Private Pole Parties. This fee will guarantee your reservation date and time of the party. The minimum fee of $200 will cover up to 0-8 ladies; any over 8 is $25 per extra lady at the time of the party. The guest of honor comes for free!
