We offer Pole Dancing Classes

Wenesday at 7:30PM

Friday  7:30PM by appointment only

WHERE? in our Personal Training Studio Located in Thunderbolt. Space is limited and our classes are filling up quickly so please remember in order to hold your space you must pay
for the class in advance.

PRIVATE PARTIES

We also offer private party bookings.You and your friends can book our studio for your own pole dancing party, per studio availability. Private party bookings are welcome to bring food and decorate the studio if you wish. You are also welcome to bring music you think you would like to dance to. If you have 8 or more girls the fee is $25 per person, there is a $200 minimum for private parties.We require all classes or bookings to be paid for in advance.  This is the only way to guarantee your spot in the class.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We teach a variety of  Pole moves including spins, floor, and chair moves.  Wear comfortable clothing you can move in,you may not wear high heels on the pole. I recommend flat shoes with leathersoles.Please feel free to bring your choice of music, Cds. 

HOW TO REGISTER & PAY IN ADVANCE

An invoice may be sent by email  which
must be paid on line by credit card. If you would like to pay online please send an email requesting an invoice to fitnessconnection1@yahoo.com, please indicate how many class you would like to be invoiced for. Or you may come by our studio to drop
off payment, you will need to call in advance to make sure one of us is in the studio since we are open by appt only. Other options are to mail payment or  leave a check in a sealed envelope  with your name and contact information in our mailbox.

Only women are allowed at the class or private parties. Classes will last 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Nothing comes Off but your shoes!
Please remember space is limited so in order to hold your space you must pay for the class in advance.
