Fitness, Body & Balance is a Personal Training &
Fitness . As a client you will be able to enjoy working out in a private, comfortable setting with individual attention from your Personal Trainer or instructor. This is not a busy, crowded gym. Our Fitness Classes & Dance Classes are small to allow for individual attention. There are no contracts, monthly fees, or membership fees. You pay only for what you will use. We offer our Personal Training appointments according to your schedule, and have a variety of packages to choose from to fit your budget.
Personal Training
One-on-One Personal Training
Work one on one with a Certified Personal Trainer. This is the perfect place to start if you have not exercised in a while, or have never exercised at all and are eager to get started but not sure how. Also, it's a great way to break through a plateau if you have been exercising and are not getting the results you were aiming towards. Your Certified Personal Trainer will develop a progressive workout program specifically geared towards your abilities and needs. We will help you lay out goals and specific steps to achieving those goals. We will set dates to reassess and to make sure those goals are being met while also recording your progress. Buddy Workouts
Exercise with a workout buddy: it's fun, motivational, and a great way to get the benefits of having a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost! You will receive the benefits and attention of working with a certified personal trainer, tailoring each session to your individual needs and goals.
Packages available in sessions of 8 and 12

Group Training
Get ready to workout! This is an intense workout with a small group of 5 to 8 people. This is not an aerobics class; we utilize tools for resistance training, core balance, and cardiovascular fitness. Each session is over seen by a Certified Personal Trainer.
